potato + beer + cheese = german heaven
i knew there was a good reason for oktoberfest...the beer. not so much the beer all on its own, but when it's mixed altogether with potato's, cheese, and some other really healthy stuff. it is some seriously amazing soup! porcupine's is delish, but lindzi's is probably better (i haven't tried it yet).
